We returned from our vacation this week to find a letter from DoDMERB for a remedial. It wasn't a big deal. We just had to supply a copy of a pathology report from where DS had a pyogenic granuloma removed from his arm. So we stopped by the doctor's office and it is now off in the mail. My question is are all remedials requested at the same time? In other words, is it possible to have additional remedials requested or is the first letter the only request?

The way we process exams now and the issue you state below, that is probably the only remedial that will be required.
It is possible to have additional remedials in that we try and take the lowest level action first....questionnaires, records, etc. Sometimes, the results of those do lead to a consult and/or test.
