I did my "Remedial REPEAT urinalysis, without microscopy" on Monday.
The first test showed trace amounts of protein in my urine.
The clinic where I got my test done the first time said it was nothing to worry about. Drink more water and work out less was the advice they gave
Sadly, the nature of my livelihood requires some level of physical activity daily.
Anyone have any advice on how to handle this? I dont want to be DQ'ed
