Remedial Request - Send all at once or piece mail????

This makes me nervous. I am having further allergy testing done and don't want them to just go by previous records solely. What do I do. Do I send what I have along with my personal statement then current records???
 
Send what they asked you to send. I would do it all at once lest they think part of it is missing. Of course if you make it clear there are follow-up materials coming, that may be sufficient to alleviate any concern on that score. Just my 2 cents.
 
I found it useful when sending materials to include a cover letter restating the request and with an inventory of what is included.
That allows for a short explanation of each requested document.
Be as complete as possible.
