Remedial Update

I received a request for a remedial on February 10th. I went to the appointment on the 17th. It has almost been a month and it still is not uploaded. How much longer should I wait for this document to be uploaded?

Call Concorde... they will ask for your SSN. After you give that to them they will let-you know if they have received anything. They sometimes dont update their website. I would just give them a call to make sure everything is uploaded.

I agree, get on the phone and call!

My DS received a remedial on a Friday night (on his DoD portal) , he took care of it on Monday morning (was just a paper to fill out and email), and his status was changed to qualified by Tuesday morning. So they are quite fast getting status' changed it appears.

This depends on the service provided.
First, and most importantly, make sure Concorde (dodmets.com) is aware of your appointment date.
It can take 7 to 10 business days for Concorde to receive results. Once we have received the results the website will say "case closed”.

On the dodmets website it has go to your medical exams still incomplete even though I scheduled them almost a month ago. What if I attended the remedial before scheduling the appointment?
