How long does it take to get a remedial provider assigned? First provider assigned did not perform particular test - notified contractor right away. Still waiting, it has been over a month.

Contact Concorde, which operates DODMETS (i.e., the medical exam tracking system).
 
My son was notified of a remedial and had his test performed yesterday. When I logged in this morning it now says "Case Closed". Is that good news or bad news as far as passing or does that simply mean that the test was completed?
 
I believe it means the test was performed and now up to DoDMERB to make a detemination. I would give it a few days and them log into DoDMERB.
