I received a nom through CA-44 HOR dis. last year, missed the appointment (probably medical). Does anyone know if MOC's are prone to reissuing noms to repeat candidates?

Most mocs view each year new. They will compare you to the other applicants. Applying again definitely works in your favor. Everyone knows how extensive the application process is. Applying again shows your determination. As long as you are enrolled in college and improving yourself, you'll be fine. Best of luck. Mike.

CC is completely correct! (no surprise)

I sit on my MOC's board...and I will tell you that a "repeater" is viewed VERY favorably IF they have "pressed ahead" and not "sat back coasting."

And the academy takes that position too!
