Hello there
I am a current FRESHMAN college programmer, and currently in the process of applying to the national NROTC scholarship. This is my first time applying, and I know that the application requires that you provide 3 references from 1) a school counselor/administrator, 2) a math/science/English teacher (depending on the program option), and 3) an another teacher, employer, coach, etc.
Since I'm a college freshman and have never applied to the scholarship before, I'm wondering if I am restricted to asking my college professor for the required references. Or, can I ask my senior/junior HS teachers?
Thank you!
