Mr. Mullen is the expert here, but it is my impression that it really varies. This is a very busy time of year for them so you can probably expect a little delay due to the sheer volume of medical info coming in (I think it says on the website that their staff only consists of 21 military and 23 civilian personnel, and there are thousands of dodmerb apps every year....you do the math).
I took my exams in early July, had remedials requested by the end of the month, had the remedials done end of september/early october and was qualified as of 30 OCT of this year. Now granted due to miscommunication between myself and my detachment officer I didn't get the materials for my remedials until over a month after they were requested, so there was definitely some time lost there.
So my intial evaluation (qualified/disqual/remedial) was fairly quick, but if you need to go through the remedial process it may take a bit longer, because they need to send each remedial to a specialist for review.
Hope this helps. Good luck and hang in there, its worth the wait!
