man, how do you guys beast those sit ups?

I don't know about all the candidates, but we cadets are hardly doing what can be called as "sit-ups!" Hold your t-shirt by the collar, lift just so you touch your thigh and drop far enough for the tip of your shoulder blade to touch. You can blast them fast and without much energy.

I havent taken the test yet but i'm hopeful the best score i got when I practiced (two months ago)

Unfortunately this was the best physical shape I've been in and I havent been working out this winter, o well im sure i can get back up there

I wish I would have done better, but I was not feeling good, and it was after school, so I was a little tired

i like the mile and shuttle, but i could have done better on pushups and pullups
