ROTC Application

I hear the NROTC application goes live tomorrow (idk about the AROTC) I was wondering if anyone could give me a brief overview of what kind of documents are in the application.
 
When you go to the NROTC main site and click the apply box on the first page it brings you to a page with a load of information. Scroll down a bit and there's a PDF that has the stuff we need to know in it. The "Application Information Checklist" it's called. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for, but that's all I've been able to find so far.

I think the Army window opens in the middle of the month (I want to say the 12th maybe). No bonus points for being the first one.
