ROTC Deadline?

Hi, does anyone know when the ROTC deadline is supposed to take place? I have everything complete except for the interview and the Physical test

On the ROTC high school scholarship website, It says that October 2nd is the deadline for document submission

That's exactly what the website I pointed you to says. (For the first board of course)
