you know how different service academys have different waiver teams? I was wondering if different colleges with rotc also have different waiver teams?

As far as I know waivers are stricltly up to each branch of the service. The army has different medical requirements than the navy, etc. A medical DQ will move into a waiver request if the branch feels the applicant has high marks elsewhere. A waiver decision between a service academy and ROTC will also vary slightly with the SA typically being a little more strict on regs.
