ROTC nominations

I'm sure this has been asked before but I cannot seem to find the answer...Do ROTC nominations from Universities appear in the candidate portal the same as MOC nominations?

My DS received his NROTC award by email which then showed up on the NROTC portal to which school he was assigned.

I don't think I was clear with my question, my DS is currently in Army ROTC at a University. His ROTC PMS submitted a Form 5-497 to recommend for ROTC nomination to West Point.

Should this appear in any form on his portal?

On his WP portal,under nominations, it should update to ROTC nomination. It may take a few weeks to reflect but that is where it should. Good luck and congratulations to your son.
