And OP you can't change the past. You are approaching, if not already 18, so the punishment will only ramp up from this point. You probably need to find some counseling as sitting in your room sulking isn't going to lead to good choices. You are obviously bright. There are lots of options for college.

Ok, well....
The rough riders were an elite army taskforce that was comprised of primarily criminals. They were involved in WW1 with the army. Is there any chance that anything remotely similar exists today? Using highly intelligent people with bad records to accomplish a purpose?

I have seen lots of films where this happens, but I dont know if its real or not.

The option of going to the military or going to jail doesn't exist today. One, society is much more scensitive to these things now. Two, the military can be more selective these days as forces are drawn down. The army just announced they are drawing down another 40,000 soldiers. Three, you didn't do something petty. You have admitted to going to jail 4 times and have a felony. That isn't something minor and a one time item. You have established a pattern of misconduct that was severe enough to be removed from regular society on multiple occasions. The AEF was the entire American force under Pershing during WW1. The AEF, were majority drafted, that consisted of all kinds of folks, it wasn't mostly criminals. They were mostly regular American men who were drafted or volunteered before they were drafted. Millions of men were in uniform during this time. The military is drawing down, which results in a more selective force. Sorry this is disappointing to read on here, but most folks have tried to paint an honest picture and reality of what you are facing. Good luck.

You're probably thinking of the Dirty Dozen. ("You've got one religious maniac, one malignant dwarf, two near idiots, and the rest I don't even want to think about.")

The French Foreign Legion might be an option.

Honestly, this strikes me as troll territory. OP might be yanking everone's chain.

If it is legit, I think the OP has received good responses and needs to face the consequences of his actions.

I would add one reason why I see it a no go, at least for ADAF. Security clearance. There are very few positions in the AF that do not require a Top Secret clearance, and I cannot see them giving a TS. Thus, why would they offer a scholarship knowing in 3-4 years when the backgound check comes up it would be a complete fail. When they do the interview they ask every which way from Sunday about the law, down to have they had any issues with the law, not just conviction, but the more encompassing question.

I think the military would be very unlikely. That said for you or any others in a similar position I would tell you that it is a big world out there. At 18, with your whole life ahead of you, there are still many possibilities and opportunities. I would only say to you or others in a similar position is to get out of your room and do good things for others every day.

At my school, soccer games and cross country meets occur on the same nights ~80-90% of the time. How would you possibly be able to do both? Also, at a large high school such as yours, I can't imagine any football coach willingly allowing a player to miss as many practices as you would have to do for two other sports. How on earth do you manage all three? It simply does not seem possible.

I'll leave the questions about the scholarship to those more qualified to answer. If you are trying to turn your life around, kudos to you. You have great academic stats.

I have to say at my kids school, this would not fly. It is small.
~ DS2 played FB, and it was a regulation, if you missed X amount of practices within 2-3 weeks, you had to step back to helmet and pads, and could not play for the next game.
~~ DS got a concussion the 1st game. He had to sit out for 2 weeks. 1st week was helmet and pads. 2nd was full up.
~~~ This was true for summer training too.
I would pick him up at 4:30 during the summer and see the cross country team running.
I also know at the big HS schools, 600+ (actually they are 800+ here) that would not fly either. FB and soccer are cut teams.
I am giving the benefit of the doubt because my DS was a LB. Maybe they are the kicker. Kickers impo are known to also do soccer. They are not like my DS2 6'4 and 240 lbs. They are my like my DS1 5'10 and 150 lbs.
I would reiterate to the OP. Get out of your room. Contact the ROTC units at your top college picks. Maybe going Guard and using the GI later on is the path for you.
It will never ever be over until you exhausted every option available.
