ROTC Straddling Undergraduate/Graduate

Okay, this is a very odd question. I am currently a second semester MS3. I plan on attending graduate school through Ed delay (I should be very competitive) for a Master's program. Anyways, after looking at my courses, it is possible for me to take a course in the summer (does not conflict with CLC) and then take the rest of my courses and graduate with my undergraduate next semester. This would be before I finish my last MS4 semester. My master's degree is offered on my campus and it would be no issue at all to start there the next semester. My question is, is it possible for me to graduate with my undergrad before my ROTC is done, and then finish my last MS4 semester in my first semester of grad school?

You cannot request a delay for just any graduate program. It must be either law, medical, veterinary, or a select few other AMEDD specialties. Does your proposed course of study qualify?

Are you on scholarship? A scholarship will only pay for one degree, so if you are, then you scholarship will stop once you earn your bachelors. And there is no guarantee you will get ed delay, so what happens if you are a semester into your graduate program and the Army tells you to go to BOLC? Have you talked this plan over with your cadre?

Sorry it took me so long to respond. Anyways, no, I am not on scholarship, I am SMP. I am prior active duty so am using my gi bill benefits as well. It behooves me to finish as fast as possible in order to preserve as much of my GI Bill as I can. Anyways, if I end up not getting ed delay I can always just continue my graduate program online (albeit without a thesis). I am going to talk this over for my cadre, but wanted to ask on here since my cadre is usually clueless on these type of things.

I know you can in AFROTC, it should be in the reg that governs your required full time status enrollment. Look up that reg and you'd probably find it for your branch.

I just wanted to put this out there in case anybody in the future is in this situation. My cadre said that this is not an issue at all. I would just need to change my major after I graduate.

Thanks for the follow-up!
