I know as long as you are working on the application that ACT scores can be updated. Once all sections are completed (And it is essentially done and you are board ready) can you still send in updated ACT scores? I'm looking for info on AFROTC and AROTC in particular.

Any info you can provide is appreciated.

    Anyone have information?

I found information that scores for the Army ROTC can be updated after the application is complete.

I am not able to find definitive information on the Air Force. Below is the information on the Portal. If I read it correctly, it looks like you CANNOT update the scores once the application is done but I'm not positive I'm reading it correctly.

My DS just took another ACT test but results won't be available until October. He only has to input his PFA scores and his application is complete. If anyone can clarify this for the Air Force ROTC it would be very much appreciated. He doesn't want to complete the application now if you cannot update scores.

Your ACT upload has been reviewed and approved. If you would like to submit new scores, please contact your education technician. Further SAT uploads to the website cannot be retrieved by our technicians.

You have submitted this form for review. You may submit higher test scores up until the January 10 deadline, or until you become eligible (by completing all requirements listed on this page).

Historically in yrs past you can update them, but they are the ones that open the portal. Every yr the AF tweaks their process, so it may be best to contact HQ AFROTC at Maxwell.

Remember for AFROTC they do not superscore, they only use the best sitting.

    Nrtoc updating act scores

Hopefully this is helpful information to someone. My son had his completed NROTC packet submitted in August, took the ACT again in OCT and scored better so we wanted to update his new scores with the NROTC.
My son was able to update his already submitted NROTC packet with his newest and better Oct 2013 ACT scores.

He emailed PNSC_NROTC.scholarship@navy.mil asking them to update his packet with his new score and they replied with this...
"Thank you for your email. You can send your new ACT scores to: pnsc_nrotc_applications@navy.mil. They can also verify that you package reflects your updated scores. I would email the screen shot of your scores with your name on the screen shot, along with your request. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance."

He followed the directions and then about a week later received this email response...
"Score sheets have been printed and ACT scores have been updated."

We checked his portal and the scores have been updated.
