I have heard a rumor that I have no chance of getting an NROTC scholarship to VMI because they have given all the slots away. This is very upsetting because I want to go to VMI. Does anyone know if this is true?
I was also wondering what my chances are of getting in. I am graduating high school a year early.
ACT 25 math, 25 English, 24 science
GPA 3.89 unweighted and top 9% of class unweighted
AP World History, AP Chem, precal, one honors English credit, and some other honors courses taken.
Chief Petty Officer United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps
Volleyball team 2 years, swim team 1
NHS 1 year
I was not able to do an interview. I couldn't find anyone in Wisconsin and I hope that doesn't hurt my chances.
