Sad news

Our family is very saddened to hear this news. We are saying heartfelt prayers for the family and many dear friends of C3C Peter Quick.

God bless you during this most difficult time.

Praying for all 3 cadets!

Our son was the other passenger in that car. We are very lucky and blessed that his guardian angels were with him that night. He suffered some injuries and was in the hospital for about 15 hours and is just now getting over the headaches. Peter was one of his very good friends and roommates from their C4 year. He is broken over the loss, but we are praying that this will be used for Glory in his life!

I'm so happy your son was protected. All the cadets and the families have been in my prayers today.

Glad your son is going to be okay. He'll have a lot of support where he is at. I hope that you are doing okay at this difficult time.

I am glad your son is ok. I can't imagine what him and the other cadet are going through right now. God Bless.

So glad to hear your son is doing OK! What an awful experience--I'm not sure any of us will understand why one had to be taken, but hopefully your son and the driver as well as the families and friends of all involved will feel the prayers being lifted up. God bless you all during this time.

God bless your son and your family. So thankful he and the driver were spared. It does remind us parents, to continually pray for protection of our children. We will continue to pray for all three cadets, their families and friends.

God bless you all.

Please also pray specifically for the show choir at USAFA. Pete was our guitar player. He was phenomenal and pretty much the rock of the show choir band and will be missed for his playing, stage presence and all around awesomeness. We have decided to press on with our performances in New York in two weeks, but are struggling to practice without emotions really getting in the way. We want to do this for Pete because we know it's what he would have wanted, but we are going to need a little help to pull it together.
