SAT scores not shown in portal - Anyone having same problem

DS SAT scores still have NOT shown in Portal Profile. The College Board has assured DS scores were sent a few months back. DS has sent numerous inquiry emails to USMA but no response. Anyone having the same issue ?

Tex2021, my DS had the same issue for his USNA application. We had to get the batch number from the College Board and provide to the Academy. They emailed him less than a day later that they located.
It had to do with his Suffix, he's a IV for his name.

I would suggest to have your DS reach out to his local FFR. If you do not have one, have him contact his RC.
