This happened to me too.
I called Concorde and asked them, and the woman told me that it can take a few (don't remember the number I think around 2-5) business days for you to actually be added into their system after West Point sends them the info. I just waited a couple days and then I was able to log in. If I wasn't able to log in, I was going to call again but it all worked out. Hopefully the same will happen to you. Good luck.
