The requirement to get the ROTC scholarship is a 2.5GPA. After you receive the scholarship do you just need to maintain a 2.0GPA for the rest of college to keep it?

2.5 gpa is the requirement to maintain your scholarship. Generally they won't pull it right away - they will put you on probation for a semester to pull it up before pulling it. Bottom line- life is easier if you maintain or exceed 2.5!

There is an additional issue to the gpa besides losing the scholarship. As an ROTC cadet, you will need your commander to support you for your life as an officer. For the AF, don't pull a 3.0+ you can kiss UPT goodby. Your gpa will be a big factor on the track you will be selected for as an active duty member. Similiar to the SAs, the higher your class rank the better the chance you get your dream job.
