Scholarship Transfer?

Hello there,

Just wanted to ask and see if anyone's scholarship transfer has already been accepted? I sent in my request a few weeks ago, and I have seen that my documents have been uploaded to my portal. Other than that, however, I haven't seen any movement or action. Also, on the portal it still says I have accepted my scholarship to the first school-not the one I am trying to transfer to. Is something wrong?

I assume this is AROTC. The results of the third board haven't even been released yet. I wouldn't expect them to begin addressing transfers (for the most part) until after that as I'm sure their quite busy with third board placements.
