I'm currently a cadet at The Citadel. I'm contracted with the Army ROTC department, but I've decided that this may not be the school for me, so I'm looking at transferring. I've begun the process of transferring by getting in contact with the university I would like to attend. Hypothetically speaking, if December came and I got accepted to the university and the scholarship transfer was approved, could I decline it if I decide to stay at The Citadel, or do I have to go through with it once the scholarship transfer has been approved?
