polling questions here:

Is your cadets school medical plan included in the tuituion/fees reimbursement paid by the AROTC?
 
Can't speak to Army I suppose, but NROTC sure didn't cover it.
 
No, neither son's medical were paid under the tuition/fees section of the scholarship. Both our son's were covered under our medical so we didn't use the plan the school offered. Each year the school would add the medical to the payable account, the Army would pay everything but the medical and we would then need to submit a waiver to the school showing they were covered under our policy.
 
Never looked into it for my son as my wife has a stellar plan thru work but my daughter's WAS included while she was at the University of Portland but that could have been because the school took care of it. They paid for her room and lodging...and not just the most basic plan either. They were very supportive of their ROTC cadets.
