I had a question on what science classes the USNA likes to see the most.

I took Honors Biology I freshman year, and Honors Chemistry I this year, which are the highest freshman and sophomore classes.

As a junior and senior we have more choices.
I was thinking of taking AP Chemistry II next year and AP Physics II as a Senior; however, we can also take AP Biology II, but in order to take that I would have to take Anatomy Honors as a Junior.

Any suggestions?

AP Chem and AP Physics.

AP Chem- do well and you might be able to validate plebe chem.
AP Physics- Mechanical or Electrical alone won't let you validate physics but calc based physics will help improve your calc. Other than that, I don't know what it will do for you in terms of youngster physics.

There are no mando biology courses here.

LiveGold is on the mark; it makes sense to take the AP courses that will help you with courses you will encounter at the SA's. I also recommend an AP course in grammar and composition - you need to be able to communicate effectively.
