Hello all,

Big problem. I need to reprint certain pages of my security clearance file. However, I CANNOT find it. It's not on my computer. Nor could I find it on my portal. The instructions to appointees booklet says that the file is "in another letter." Whatever that means...could you please tell me where the questionnaire is?

in the instructions to appointees packet there is a letter containing some instructions and the URL address for the security clearance document.
 
Also, just a heads up for anyone else who may come across the same problem. I recommend printing the form out and filling it out entirely by hand. I say this because twice I did the form on the computer, saved it, and then when I went to print it out, nothing was saved, it just a blank document. Thus, I had the joy of completing the form three times. :bang:
 
Another reason to fill it out by hand: you will fill that form out numerous times in your career (I know, why isn't once enough?) and differences in the info you put down are very interesting to investigators. While they play around satisfying themselves that you have nothing to hide, your investigation is held up along with your security clearance along with your job etc.

File a paper copy along with all other important papers and use it exactly for subsequent submissions.
