Senate NOM, maybe not the greatest thing?

Does having more nominations increase your chances of an appointment? I got a senatorial and a representative nomination so by getting one from the senator, does that mean that I was high on the list for the representative? I am not sure whether or not I got the principal nomination for the representative.

Having a senate nom does not automatically mean you are higher on the list for the rep. It depends on your rep - they may have ranked you higher because you got a senate nom, or they may rank you lower because you do have the chance of an appointment on a senate slate. Each uses their own methods of evaluation.

If you didn't get principal, find out if your rep uses ranked alternates or competitive.
