Senator Call?

I was out of town and received a call from my senators office that I need to call back Monday. Monday is pretty far away so I was wondering if there is any reason for Senators to call you other than appointments? Any help would be great my dad and I are sitting on the edge of our seats.

My guess is you're in!! ...DS received same kind of phone call on Friday too. It was his nominating senator calling "to be the first one to congratulate him on his appointment to the United States Air Force Academy!" Hopefully you'll here those same wonderful words today!
