Senator Question

So I have already sent in my information to my two senators, however, they don't do any interviews and they haven't really done a great job with communicating their intentions/plans to applicants. Does anybody have any idea when they are required to submit their nominations to USMA or about when does that sort of thing happen? Any info is appreciated.

I know for a fact the the deadline for MOC's to send in there nomination slates etc, is January 31st...... most do it ahead of time!
