Is it possible to send the official SAT score report to the nominating offices. I cannot find a way to send the SAT score to anywhere but colleges and universities. When the nominating sources ask for the scores would a printed out unofficial copy suffice or is there a way to send the official score report?

Thank you,
Ectriso

Yes, it is possible. Your MOCs have a testing code, and for the the ACT you can even look it up.

You may be able to contact your MOC and ask them what their reporting code is. One of my son's senators included it in his application packet because he wanted scores sent from SAT/ACT directly. If you're sending scores before you've completed the MOC's application, make sure its OK so they don't put the scores aside if they don't have a file on you yet with your application.

Thank you both for your responses. I will call their offices when I am ready to send in the applications in a month a two.

All of our MOC's accepted copies of the official ACT or SAT scores. Check with each MOC office on what is required as each MOC can be different.

send direct

Each MOC here in GA has their own code to receive SAT/ACT scores. Can't remeber if it was in their application packet or if DS found in on the College Board website.

In NC, the Sens., had their own code, but the cong. didn't. It can vary not only state by state, but even within the state. Only one had on college board, the other you had to get it from them, which was on their website for noms.
