One of my senators is hosting a Service Academy Day about 1.5 hours away from where I live.
I already know how to apply (finished USNA app and over 50 percent done on USAFA and 75 percent done with USMMA app- been briefed 5 times about nominations from various Academy liaison officers) and how to make myself a strong candidate.
The only thing that I feel like I need is a visit to USAFA- visited USNA and USMMA.
Is it really important to attend? What do you guys feel about this issue.
I have already replied in an email stating I cannot attend due to the timing (did not go into detail).
