We recently performed maintenance on our Service Academy Forums® for Android and Service Academy Forums® for iOS apps. This maintenance may required you to reset the app cache using the instructions below:
Android
1. Click the upper left hand corner back out to the main page
2. Click the upper left hand corner again to reach the app "Browse" panel
3. Click the two gears in the upper right hand corner to reach the "Settings" page
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click "Reset Cache"
iOS
1. Click the upper left hand corner to back out to the main page
2. Click the upper left hand corner again to reach the navigation pane
3. Click the "Settings" button at the bottom of the navigation pane
4. Click the "Clear Cache" button under "Advanced Options"
