She's on the plane to USAFA Prep

So nervous and also proud that my DD is on her way to Air Force Prep this afternoon. I convinced Dad to hand her over since it's his 30th anniversary of being dropped off at NAPS. He's a proud papa, too. How is it going for everyone else?

Nervous and proud too! We made a family road trip of it (from Houston, TX) and are counting down the hours to drop off DS in the morning. Can't wait to comb through webguy's photos. Hopefully we will see something tomorrow. Who is your DD and where are you all from? Would love to connect with any other preppie parents!

Thanks for your PM. I tried to respond but received the message that I need to submit more posts before I can PM (I am new to the forum). Anyway, will do so as soon as I am able to. Thanks for reaching out and if it's reassuring at all, the parent briefing was great. A couple of the administrators were preppies almost 20 years ago and they really spoke to the fact that this is a great way to enter the academy. Thanks!
