I'm hoping MullenLE will answer this or try to help me and thank you if you do. I am applying to USMA and back in March of 2010 I had shoulder surgery for a labral tear. DoDMERB has disqualified me because of this: "intsability of shoulder, history of". I am hoping for a medical waiver from USMA because I received an Letter of Assurance. Can you please help me on what I will need to do, how it works, or how I can get medically cleared etc. My shoulder is fine now as I can do pushups, pullups, play ice hockey etc. And as I keep progressing it will only get stronger.
