Sinus arrhythmia - DQ?

So I was recently in the Emergency Room (unrelated) and they did an EKG on me. It showed that I had a slight sinus arrhythmia, and I haven't had any symptoms of it ever in my life. I play sports, run, all that stuff. She said that it was very common in kids and teenagers, and that they don't even consider it an "irregular heartbeat" because its regular for people that have it.

Would this be disqualifying? I know that doctor seemed to think it was no big deal, but I've heard horror stories from MEPS and what not of those doctors being a lot less relaxed. Anyone have experience with this?
