    You act as though leading by example is a thing. Why didn't they just do they duties because in his absence simply because he told them to? That's how it works, right?

    Let me take a guess, right type of assignments, some luck, perhaps a USNA grad (kidding about this), and whatever culture he grew up in that made him believe his special.

    The guy who replaced him is a classmate of mine, one we all knew was going places.
