In the candidate portal it shows only PSAT scores that I submitted, not SAT or ACT since I have not officially sent them in. Should I have sent them in for the SLE application? Or are unofficial scores acceptable at this point?

Unless it said you could submit unofficial scores, you should submit all official scores. Remember you are competing with 5000 other potential candidates for SLE acceptance. From the USMA website:

    "SLE Applicants must:

be a high school junior (current year)
    be a US citizen
reach the age of 17 by July 1, 2015 (the year they would be a USMA freshman)
MUST have a valid PSAT, PLAN, SAT or ACT test score"
