After visits to Colorado and Maryland, much contemplation and much prayer, DS has decided he will attend USNA. He said it just felt right. I hope one of you great candidates who is still waiting gets this slot. Very best wishes to the USAFA friends we have made on here and at the academy but we are a Navy family now. Sorry and happy at the same time. I was hoping to meet you and your DS on I-day. I wish him nothing but the best. I will always be a Navy girl at heart, so he made a great choice. Fair winds and following seas to you and your family.

Time for me to brush up on Air Force protocol. I guess I'll really find out for sure if the Air Force is a country club compared to the Navy. Aim High!
