Are these competitive classes to take?

    Sophomore Year Core Classes
    - English 10 Advanced
    - Math II Advanced
    - Chemistry Advanced
    - Biology Advanced
    - US Studies Advanced

    Junior Year Core Classes
    - AP English Language & Comp
    - Trigonometry and Pre-Calc

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

There isn't an AP exam for US Studies, so there can't be a class called AP US Studies.

I don't know about him but our school sometimes names the class in odd ways, but the curriculum is the same as whatever AP class it sounds like.

Most of the kids at my school usually refer to it as AP US Studies. The correct name is AP US History.
