Special Warfare Officer(SEAL) ROTC?

How does one go about becoming a Navy Seal through NROTC? Is there competition for it? I am sure there are limited spots. If i went to college with ROTC how would i compete for one of these spots?Also i would like to try and become a SEAL but if i am unable to could i switch to Marine Corps or would i have to stay with Navy and do another job in the Navy?

Any help would be appreciated.

You may want to start at the NSW website sealswcc.com. They'll have links to the requirements for NROTC routes to BUD/S. It is competitive to get a slot for all officer routes to BUD/S. You would especially need amazing PST scores. If you fail to complete BUD/S as an officer, you won't be given another chance to go through. You could also consider enlisting after college to get a spot at BUD/S and later trying to get to OCS to become a SEAL officer.
