Does anyone else ever just watch Army-Navy spirit and West Point videos to get hyped or is that weird. Not saying I do it but if I did would that be weird?
I have Navy and Army cadences peppered throughout my running playlist. So motivating when the weather is crappy or I'm not working to the best of my ability. All I have to do is imagine what the troops go through everyday and the conditions they have to perform in and suddenly the run doesn't suck as much and I get a little more kick in my step.
