    Hi!
I have a question on high school sports. In high school I plan to play at least 2 sports (field hockey and tennis and I don't know whether or not I am going to play a sport in the winter for my school.)
    ANYWAY
I understand that USMA does not have a field hockey team. Would this mean they would't consider my sport valid? (I know West Point loves sports as well as great academics.)
I would just want to know what they would think about my sport even though it is not one offered at the school.

    THANKS EVERYBODY :D

West Point doesn't have surfing, women's wrestling, or paddling (as in Hawaiian outrigger), but if you can earn a varsity letter in it as a sport, it can count on your application.

Same goes for extracurricular activities...some just don't fit the mold, so you'll have to do a little extra work to make sure they understand the significance.
