Starting 2020 App while on WL

Hello all, I am currently on the CO 2019 WL and was wondering if I should wait until I receive final word before starting my app for next year.

Thanks in advance for the help.
 
There really is no benefit in starting the new app today. For reapplicants, USNA doesn't even look at the file until first semester grades are in -- typically in late January. Thus, you have plenty of time and you won't get any "bonus points" for opening your file now vs. later in the year. I'd wait until you hear for this cycle.
