I was boarded for the second convene dates which were in January for the AROTC scholarship. In the application portal it said that the results from the board would be released today. Would my status already have changed if I got the scholarship?

Yes, the results were actually released earlier, last week and the letters have been sent to the winners. If your status has not changed then you have been rolled over to the third board. Best of luck.
