Still in the Game

For anyone still waiting, I would urge you (if you haven't really recently (we'd gone about 3 wks w/out contact)) to contact:
1) your congressional or senatorial office to inquire about your status
2) your liaison to inquire about your status
We did both yesterday morning by dropping the liaison an email and giving a call to the congressional office. The congressional office called back saying they couldn't see anything. They contacted our USMA district contact. The call came from the liaison and he said no one is sure why a call didn't come in already, but the appointment to USMAPS somehow was overlooked because there are a handful of persons who should have been notified could have called.
He was happy to give the news however!!
I'm the mom and personally received the information first. I can't explain the rush of emotions during and after the call!!!! Dh and I surprised dd last night with a little party of family and friends and gold and black balloons! She was so shocked and caught off guard - totally blown away!!!! And she was just upstairs while we planned it all. So exciting!!!:jump1:

Jake there are still around 200 slots left, keep your fingers crossed that you get a direct admit!

Hey thanks Civics29! I'm just biding my time over here in Wisco. This whole process is just one big patience test. Which, I need.

2019 class size projected to be 1250. Leaving approximately 242.
 
The USMAPS CC's, ~200-210 in number, will come out of the remaining 242 slots. They get their offers very late.
 
Where in the portal is a decision status available? I've been checking almost every day and it looks the same as when I finished the application.

I believe that there will be a PDF file under "Official Correspondence" that is titled "Letter or Rejection" or something along those lines.
 
it is under official correspondence on the home page and is called status update in pdf. It appears Jakefromwisco has not received a portal update-great!
