We are still waiting for my DS's AROTC letter. Is anyone else?
 
Maybe this helps:

Those of you who do not see your letter yet, we discovered today that a copy of it is uploaded on their application under docuements. You should at least be able to see a copy there perhaps.

Yes, I can confirm Stemmom's discovery. Go to your dashboard. Click the update application. Go to the file uploads page. You should find it there.
 
The deadline date for mine was January 8th so if you haven't already- go and print it out and get it submitted ASAP!! Email it and then continue to check your status in portal until they update it with the acceptance. I think you could even upload a copy of your acceptance in the file upload tab
