Strange Experience When Logging-in to AROTC Account

Like most, I check my DS's AROTC account every couple of days when a new board is "close" to announcing selections. Today, we found something very different. Once logged-in, there was a page that now says -

The deadline for beginning new applications for school year 2014-2015 has passed.The next application window for school year 2015-2016 begins 12 June 2014.

Select the Scholarship Application Year you would like to access

This changed as of yesterday..is this normal? It's blocking-us from seeing his existing application too. Weird.
 
SGTLee, mine says the exact same thing. All I have to do to check my scholarship application for thie round is hit the hyperlinked "2015-2016" and it redirects me to the page. So I will still be able to check my board results.

Yeah I have the same problem and was about to post about it myself. Anyone sure what it means?
 
The 10th was the final day to submit an application for the 4 year scholarship, and have it boarded by the third board. The portal stays active for those to track their application progress, but it closes to those who haven't completed them. I can still access all 4 tabs in the portal, and everything is functional.

We're you guys boarded in the October board too? Because if not it may remain blocked until your application is complete, i.e. you are boarded.
 
As you can see I can still access it. But I do get the banner above, which I think implies that they have opened up the scholarship application for the highschool class of 2016.

Got it. I found the link and am good. Appreciate the intel as always.
 
The same thing happened last year. As long as you can still log in and see your progress, don't worry about it.
 
I think everyone is anxiously waiting for the first person to post that their status has changed from BOARD READY to BOARDED.
