If any prior or current mids or anyone with good information knows of fast and effective ways to make billet boards I'd appreciate hearing them

acquire a projector (if they even have those anymore) get a stencil of the image you want to draw and trace the image on the board.

not sure what kind of graphics shop might be availible to mids but if you know someone who might be able to get you a "hook-up" you could try and see if they would do some graphics for you - it's worth a shot

get to know the upperclass you're making the board for (that's if you still have a training board, 1st Sgt board, etc...) it's always helpfull to have their favorite theme/colors.

find the artists in your company as they always seem to draw some great stuff

Find all the artists in the Company "Jackwagon" and go to "Mamby Pamby Land" for a tissue. If you haven't seen SGT Ermie in that commercial you won't know.:thumb: FIND THE ARTISTS. My daughter had to do all the detail pictures and found others to fill in the background. They won Brigade for best Boards. She had a lot of art training and they searched her out. Knowing what your upperclass is selecting for service Marine Ground, Marine Air, Navy Air, SUB, BUDS and/or SWO or other selections makes doing the board a lot easier. According to my daughter there is no "fast and easy" way to do them even using graphics.
