Student Loan Repayment Program

Could someone update what loan repayment programs exist for those commissioning this spring, specifically AROTC. In the past it seems there was a $25,000 repayment limit for each additional year of service. But I've also noticed a 2012 document that does not mention a repayment cap nor a need for additional time served but does require the forfeit of Montgomery GI benefits. As we plan for the future, knowing it could change tomorrow, wondering what's actually in place at this time. Also any suggestions/concerns about forfeiting GI benefits.
 
My PMS read off an e-mail from Cadet Command this morning stating SLRP has been terminated and that the 2013 end of camp commissionees would be the last ones receiving it. It specifically said no Fall/Spring 2013 seniors were eligible.
