As far as I can tell, NASS doesn't ask for it unless they're arriving outside of the specified time. STEM required that we email the travel arrangements to them directly, and I remember last year when my oldest went to WP and AF's SS he did have to submit the travel info, but noticed this year that my son's NASS stuff didn't ask for it. I called admissions and they said to send travel info via email to region counselor. Since we are in Texas, it is region3@usna.edu
Don't know if that was just to make mom feel better about sending DS off on a plane
